We’ve officially launched Inspection Checklists inside BONNET, built to help fleets stay safe, compliant, and in control without the paperwork. This new feature is available on the Fleet plan and gives businesses a simple way to set up digital vehicle inspections for drivers to complete at the right time, every time.
Whether it’s daily pre start checks, weekly reviews, monthly safety inspections, or ad hoc reports, fleets can now manage the entire process in one place.

Inspection Checklists are made for teams running passenger vehicles, trucks, vans, utes, EVs an even Rental fleets. They allow managers to assign checks at specific times, like daily or weekly, or leave them open so drivers can complete them whenever needed.
Drivers can fill out inspections from their phone in minutes. No paper forms, no chasing people, no lost records.

🟢 Green = Pass, everything is good
🟠 Orange = Issue found, not critical but needs attention
🔴 Red = Critical fail, needs urgent action
This makes it easy to spot risk across your fleet fast.
BONNET automatically creates a “Failed” tab that holds all vehicles with orange and red inspection results. Nothing gets lost, nothing slips through.
Once the issue has been resolved, that vehicle or item moves into the Pass tab, giving you a clean, live view of what still needs attention and what’s sorted.

Alternatively, checklists can be set to always appear in the app, allowing drivers to complete them at any time when needed.
